Notifications still an issue

Notifications are working in this version, but there is an occasional problem with notifications being sent in French and Arabic too. Please fix this.

Even if you never open the app, their prompt notifications of generic worldwide current events make the app worth having. Beats FOX and CNN by minutes up to an hour.
My ad blocking app had a problem and without it i24 became obnoxious with the number of in your face ads. (Comments about ads are valid.) Thankfully its working again and the ads are gone!

Please give us a way to communicate with tech support.
